  3. Decision — Written decision via email. Approved refunds processed to original payment method.
  4. Processing — Refunds appear in 5-10 business days per your financial institution.

EU/UK consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right. For digital services delivered immediately, this right may be waived upon explicit consent. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge this may affect withdrawal rights.
