When you use the Service, your resume text is sent to our AI processor (DeepSeek API) for analysis. Resume content is processed transiently and is not permanently stored on our servers. DeepSeek's data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy.
3.2 Purchase Data
Payments are processed by Paddle. We receive limited transaction data (confirmation, last 4 digits, billing country). Full payment details are handled by Paddle — see Paddle's Privacy Policy.
3.3 Server Logs
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) collects standard access logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and operations. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
4. How We Use Data
Resume content is used solely to generate the polished output. We do not sell, share, or use your resume data for training, advertising, or any purpose beyond providing the Service.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary for operations: DeepSeek (AI processing), Paddle (payments), Cloudflare (hosting/security). We do not sell data to third parties.
6. Data Retention
Resume text is not stored after processing. Server logs retained up to 30 days. Transaction records retained per tax requirements (5-7 years).
